So the major expenses for this trip will be the cost of the flights and the rest will be determined by personal selections for transportation once you're there, housing, food, and what you decide to do on your free time. I'm going to research low-cost options for those looking to keep the price on the lower side and hopefully keep things within everyone's budget.
We must bring our own lunch to the work site every day. Water will be provided on site but it is recommended that we bring a water bottle with us to fill up during the day. I'll be looking to coordinate lunches and water for those interested to keep it as convenient and low-cost as possible.
If you'd like me to pack a lunch for you and help split the cost, please let me know before July 10th, as well as any food suggestions or restrictions. Thanks!
Here is the list HH provided of recommended lunch options near sites. Since we won't know until a week prior to our volunteering the exact location of our site, it's impossible for us to know if any of these will be close but thought I should include this for your reference.
